Supports position, speed and torque control modes with flexible switchingEquipped with complete current and speed closed-loop regulation, delivering reliable dynamic performance under heavy loadIntegrated brake unit to consume regenerative energy during motor decelerationBuilt-in status indicators and fault alarm system with self-diagnosis capabilityAll parameters and operation settings are retained after power-offVibration-resistant and dustproof structure, suitable for direct mounting on field equipment
Application Scenarios
Heavy-load single-axis motion control for machine tools and large automation facilitiesDriving units for heavy-duty conveyors, large manipulators and high-torque positioning devicesReplacement and maintenance of original DDC series high-power servo drivesMatched with Rexroth high-power MDD series servo motors to form complete servo systems
Operation & Maintenance Instructions
Install vertically on flat and firm surface with effective anti-vibration measures. Keep away from high temperature, heavy dust and corrosive gas. Thoroughly inspect power lines, motor cables and control wires before power-on to avoid short circuit and loose connection. Configure motor parameters and control logic via RS232 port and DDS2PC software prior to trial run. Regularly clean cooling components and check the tightness of terminal blocks during daily maintenance. Troubleshoot according to alarm codes by inspecting load condition, wiring, heat dissipation and circuits in sequence. Check sealing parts periodically to ensure IP65 protection performance.
