Operation & Maintenance Instructions

Install vertically on flat and firm surface with reliable anti-vibration treatment. Keep away from high temperature, heavy dust and corrosive gas. Inspect power lines, motor cables and control wiring thoroughly before power-on to avoid short circuit and loose connection. Complete motor parameter and control logic configuration via RS232 port and DDS2PC software before trial operation. Clean cooling components regularly and check tightness of terminal blocks during daily maintenance. Locate faults by alarm codes and inspect load condition, wiring, heat dissipation and circuit in sequence. Periodically check sealing parts to ensure IP65 protection performance.
