Equipped with complete current loop and speed loop closed-loop regulation, with excellent dynamic response performance.
Integrated built-in braking unit, capable of handling the energy feedback from motor deceleration.
The entire machine comes with status indicator lights and fault code alarms, and supports hardware self-diagnosis.
Parameters and operation configurations are saved when power is off, and data is less likely to be lost.
Anti-vibration and high protection structure, suitable for complex working conditions where the equipment body is directly installed. Applicable scenarios
Various automated single-machine equipment, single-axis motion control of machine tools
Drive control for conveying equipment, mechanical hands, simple positioning mechanisms
Replacement of faulty drivers of the same series and equipment renovation projects
Combined with Rexroth MDD series servo motors to form a complete single-axis servo system
Operation and maintenance instructions
Install in a vertical manner, keep the installation surface flat and firm, take measures for vibration prevention, stay away from heat sources, dust and corrosive media. Before powering on, carefully check the main circuit, motor wires, and control wires for connections, and eliminate short circuits and loose connections. Connect to the upper DDS2PC software via the RS232 port to complete parameter configuration such as motor parameters, control mode, and loop gain, and then conduct a trial run. Regular maintenance involves cleaning the dust in the heat dissipation ducts, checking the tightness of the connection terminals. When encountering fault codes, follow the code prompts to sequentially troubleshoot issues related to load, wiring, heat dissipation, and communication. The sealing components of the equipment need to be inspected regularly to ensure the intact IP65 protection performance.
