3) DL04-01 Module Characteristics (Different from DL01-01)
DL01-01: Basic single-axis positioning, pulse/direction command, RS232 debugging port
DL04-01: Enhanced positioning module, additional support:
Multiple position programs (built-in 3000 program blocks)
Electronic gear synchronization (following external encoder)
Analog Quantity (±10V) Speed/Torque Control
Extended I/O: 16 In/16 Out (DL01 is 8 In/8 Out)
III. Usage Instructions
1) Installation and Wiring
Installation: Vertical fixed, shockproof, ventilation; away from heat sources / corrosive gases.
Main Power Supply: 3×220V connected to L1/L2/L3, equipped with 63A slow-melting fuse.
Motor: MDD series power line + feedback line, ensure IP65 sealing.
Control Interface (DL04-01):
X1: Pulse/direction (position command)
X2: RS232 (connect to PC, DDS2PC software debugging)
X3: Analog Quantity ±10V (speed/torque)
X4: Extended I/O (16IN/16OUT)
2) Debugging Steps
Before Power On: Verify model, no short circuit / false connection in wiring.
Software: Connect X2 with DDS2PC to read/write parameters.
Key Parameters:
Motor Model (MDD series matching)
Control Mode: Position (default)/ Speed/Torque
Electronic Gear Ratio (synchronization application)
Operation: Point Move → Return to Zero → Single Segment Positioning → Multi-Segment Program Running.
3) Maintenance and Faults
Regularly clean the heat dissipation air duct to prevent dust accumulation.
Check terminal torque to avoid vibration loosening.
Common Faults:
Overcurrent (E01): Overload or wiring error
Overheating (E04): Poor heat dissipation or environmental temperature exceeds the limit
Communication Fault (E08): RS232 wiring or baud rate mismatch
