III. Operating Instructions
Installation and Wiring
Environmental Requirements: Flat installation surface, shockproof, away from heat sources and corrosive gases; ensure good ventilation.
Electrical Connections:
Power Supply: 3×AC 220V connected to the main power terminal, equipped with slow-melting gL type fuse or circuit breaker.
Motor: Connect MDD series motor power line and feedback line to ensure IP65 protection seal.
Control: X2 port (RS232) connected to PC for parameter configuration and diagnosis (DDS2PC software).
Debugging and Operation
Before Power On: Verify that the model and configuration nameplate are consistent, and there is no short circuit / open circuit in the wiring.
Parameter Configuration: Set motor parameters, position / speed / current loop parameters through DDS2PC software.
Operating Modes: Support positioning, speed, torque modes; In point motion mode, manual movement of the axis and reference point calibration are possible.
Fault Handling: LED indicator lights display fault codes, common overcurrent, overvoltage, overheating, communication abnormalities; Troubleshoot through the Fault Report Manual.
Maintenance Points
Regularly clean the heat dissipation channels to avoid dust accumulation.
Check the tightness of wiring terminals to prevent vibration loosening.
Avoid frequent start-stop and overloading operation to extend service life
