III. Configuration Description
Dual universal encoder combination
The EN2 and ENS interface specifications complement each other, can be adapted to most encoders on the market, and can be flexibly combined to achieve full closed-loop, motor encoder + external grating scale, and master shaft and slave shaft synchronization functions, with a wider range of applicable scenarios.
SERCOS II bus
Mainly for retrofitting of old equipment and spare parts replacement, fully compatible with the original bus architecture, no need to modify the wiring and control system.
S2 high-level safety
Standard STO safety cut-off function, meets strict mechanical safety standards, suitable for production equipment with safety mandatory requirements.
No expansion + no firmware
Hardware is simple and stable, focusing on the core functions of motion control; must be accompanied by corresponding firmware burning to operate normally.
IV. Application Scenarios
Maintenance and upgrading of old SERCOS II bus equipment
Machine tools, automated production lines, etc., with mandatory STO safety requirements
Precise equipment that requires different types of encoders and full closed-loop or multi-axis synchronization
Scenarios where the project needs to autonomously burn the specified version of firmware
