Compatible power units: HCS02, HCS03, HCS04
III. Configuration Description
Using a single EN1 encoder with semi-closed-loop control, relying on the built-in encoder of the motor to complete position and speed feedback, meeting the requirements of conventional high-precision motion control.
SERCOS II bus is specially designed for spare parts replacement of old equipment and production line renovation, compatible with the original communication architecture.
S1 basic safety is only applicable to ordinary industrial scenarios and is not suitable for equipment with STO and SIL mandatory requirements.
Full-compact hardware design, no additional expansion modules, stable operation; comes with firmware, can be debugged upon installation.
IV. Application Scenarios
Maintenance and spare parts replacement of old SERCOS II bus equipment
Single-axis precision positioning, ordinary CNC machine tools (semi-closed-loop scheme)
Automation production lines with basic safety requirements and no additional expansion functions required
