CSH01.1C-SE-EN1-NNN-NNN-S1-S-NN-FW
Description
I. Model Field Interpretation
CSH01.1C: CSH high-end series, hardware version V1, expandable single-axis control card
SE: SERCOS II industrial real-time bus, compatible with older similar bus control systems
EN1: Master encoder interface, supports EnDat 2.1 high-precision digital encoder
NNN: No second encoder interface
NNN: No additional expansion modules such as analog input, memory card, encoder output, etc.
S1: Basic safety circuit, has conventional safety logic, no STO, no SIL certification
S: Single-line LED + 4 buttons standard local operation panel
NN: No additional optional accessories
FW: Factory pre-installed complete firmware, can run upon power-on
II. Core Parameters
Number of controlled axes: Single-axis high-performance servo
Control cycle: Current loop 62.5 μs, speed loop 125 μs, position loop 250 μs
Power supply: DC24V ±10%, power consumption 7.5~10W
Onboard I/O: 7DI / 3DI/O / 1 relay; 1AI / 2AO
Communication interface: SERCOS II, RS232 debugging port, service Ethernet
Encoder: Single-channel EnDat 2.1 digital interface, only the motor has an internal encoder feedback
Safety configuration: S1 basic safety, no high-level safety functions
Dimensions: 241×103×49.5mm, weight approximately 0.85kg
Compatible power units: HCS02, HCS03, HCS04
III. Configuration Description
Single EN1 encoder: Only connects the motor's built-in EnDat encoder, adopts semi-closed-loop control, meets the requirements of conventional high-precision positioning.
SERCOS II bus: Mostly used for replacing spare parts of old equipment and line renovation, no need to modify the original communication architecture.
S1 basic safety: Meets the safety requirements of ordinary industrial equipment, not applicable to scenarios with STO and SIL mandatory specifications.
Minimal hardware: No any expansion modules, simple structure, strong stability; pre-installed firmware, convenient on-site debugging.
IV. Application Scenarios
Maintenance and spare parts replacement of old SERCOS II bus equipment
Ordinary CNC machines, single-axis precision positioning equipment (semi-closed-loop control)
Conventional automated production lines, with basic safety protection, no additional expansion functions required
Projects for upgrading existing equipment with high cost-effectiveness and ready-to-use requirements
