Description
I. Model Field Interpretation
CSH01.1C: CSH high-end series, hardware version V1, expandable single-axis control card
SE: SERCOS II real-time bus, compatible with outdated SERCOS II network system
EN1: Encoder interface, supports EnDat 2.1 high-precision digital encoder
EN2: Second encoder interface, same specification as EnDat 2.1, supports dual feedback, full closed-loop control
NNN: No additional expansion modules such as analog, digital, or memory card
S1: Basic safety configuration, equipped with conventional safety logic, without STO safety torque shutdown, without SIL certification
S: Standard local operation panel with one row of LEDs and 4 buttons
NN: No additional optional accessories
No FW: Factory does not pre-install firmware, needs to be ordered separately and burned in for use

Size and weight: 241×103×49.5mm, approximately 0.85kg
Compatible power units: HCS02, HCS03, HCS04
III. Configuration description
Dual encoders full closed-loop
EN1 connects the motor's built-in encoder, EN2 connects an external optical encoder or an external encoder to counteract mechanical transmission errors and ensure high-precision positioning and repeat positioning accuracy.
SERCOS II bus
For retrofitting of existing legacy equipment and spare parts replacement, compatible with the original SERCOS II control system, no need to modify the entire line communication architecture.
S1 basic safety
Only basic safety circuits are equipped, not meeting high-level mechanical safety standards, suitable for conventional industrial equipment.
No expansion, no firmware
Hardware is streamlined, focusing on core motion control; corresponding firmware must be separately purchased for the device to operate normally.
IV. Application scenarios
Maintenance and spare parts replacement of old SERCOS II bus precision equipment
CNC machines, precision inspection equipment, using dual encoder full closed-loop process
Conventional automated production lines, with basic safety protection requirements and no STO function needed
The project requires manually flashing the specified version of firmware for the operation of the equipment
