III. Configuration Description

Dual encoder architecture

EN1 motor built-in encoder for speed and primary position feedback, EN2 external grating ruler and external encoder, forming a full closed-loop control system, effectively eliminating mechanical transmission clearance, significantly improving positioning and repetitive positioning accuracy.

SERCOS II bus

Classic old model real-time bus, mainly used for equipment retrofit of old models, replacement of existing production line spare parts, compatible with the original SERCOS II control system, no need to modify the entire line communication architecture.

Pure basic hardware
