CSH01.1C-S3-ENS-NNN-NNN-S1-S-NN
Description
I. Component-by-component disassembly of the model (Key points: S1, without FW)
CSH01.1C: CSH high-end series, hardware V1, C = scalable single-axis control card.
S3: SERCOS III master station communication, high-speed real-time bus (multi-axis synchronization at µs level).
ENS: Master encoder interface = Hiperface/1Vpp/TTL universal (compatible with Yaskawa and mainstream motors).
NNN: No second encoder interface.
NNN: No expansion module (analog, I/O, etc.).
S1: Basic safety function (no STO), only basic safety logic, not SIL3, no safety torque shutdown.
S: Single-line LED + 4-key standard local operation panel.
NN: No other additional options.
(Without FW): No firmware pre-installed, needs to be ordered separately and burned in to run.
II. Core parameters (Basic version)
Basic parameters
Number of control axes: single-axis high-performance servo.
Control cycle: current loop 62.5μs; speed loop 125μs; position loop 250μs.
Power supply: DC24V ±10%, power consumption approximately 7.5–10W.
Onboard I/O: 7DI/3DI/O/1 relay; 1AI/2AO (basic version).
Communication: SERCOS III, RS232, service Ethernet.
Safety: S1 = basic safety (no STO, not SIL3).
Size/Weight: 241×103×49.5mm, approximately 0.85kg.
Adapter power unit: HCS02/HCS03/HCS04.
Encoder interface
ENS (master): Hiperface (digital), 1Vpp (analog), TTL (square wave), compatible with Yaskawa IndraDyn and general motors.
III. Configuration highlights (S1 + without FW)
S1 = basic safety, no STO
Compared with S2 (STO/SIL3), no safety torque shutdown function, suitable for ordinary equipment without high safety requirements, lower cost.
Without FW = need to purchase corresponding firmware separately
Factory not burned in firmware, must ** purchase the corresponding firmware package (such as FWA-INDRV-xxx)** and burn it through software to power on and work.
ENS master encoder + no expansion
Only basic encoder and I/O, no additional analog or encoder expansion, suitable for standard single motor, no complex signal interaction scenarios.
IV. Application scenarios
General precision single-axis control: such as conveyor belts, simple positioning tables, ordinary machines.
No high safety requirements: the equipment does not need STO (SIL3) safety function.
Standard motor adaptation: universal servo motor using Hiperface/1Vpp/TTL encoder.
Budget-sensitive projects: basic configuration, lowest cost.
