CPUB03-01-FW
Description
I. Meaning of the Model Suffix "-FW" (Key Difference)
FW = Firmware (Solid State Program) + Factory Key (Factory Authorization Key)
CPUB03-01: Bare board hardware (without firmware, without authorization, requires self-installing firmware + importing key)
CPUB03-01-FW: Hardware + Pre-installed official firmware + Permanent Authorization Key (Ready to use upon startup, no additional configuration required)
Firmware: Latest version of MTX system V3 architecture-specific firmware
Key: Includes 128 axes, 16 NC channels, full communication functions (Non-copyable)
II. Core Specifications (Same as CPUB03-01, only with additional firmware and authorization)
Architecture: V3 (Dual core, performance is twice that of V2)
Maximum number of control axes: Up to 128 axes, 16 NC channels
Processor: 32-bit dual-core motion CPU (The main frequency is 100% higher than V2)
Memory/Storage: On-board DRAM + Flash (Capacity is twice that of V2)
Communication Interfaces:
SERCOS I/II optical fiber (Compatible with DKS/DSK/DKC servo)
Dual Ethernet ports (RJ45, 10/100M) (Redundant / Remote debugging)
RS232 + RS485 debugging ports
Electrical: DC24V; New power supply design, lower power consumption
Environment: 0°C~+60°C; MTBF 150,000 hours
III. CPUB03-01 vs CPUB03-01-FW Selection Comparison Table
Comparison item: CPUB03-01 (bare board) CPUB03-01-FW (with firmware + key)
Firmware: None, requires manual flashing Pre-installed with the latest official firmware
Authorization key: None, needs to be purchased and imported separately Built-in permanent full-function authorization
Ease of use: High (requires technical personnel operation) Extremely low (ready for use directly after plugging in)
Applicable scenarios: With programming skills, need to customize firmware Maintenance replacement, quick production recovery
Price: Lower Higher (including firmware + authorization cost)
IV. Compatibility and Adaptability
Adaptation system: Indramat MTX100/200 full series CNC systems
Driver compatibility: DKS, DSK, DKC series SERCOS servo
Replacement relationship:
Downward compatibility: Direct replacement of CPUB01/02 full series (automatically adapts to old systems)
Upward compatibility: MTX new system upgrade preferred, no additional authorization required
