CMP60.2-SP-304-FN-NNNN-NW
Description
I. Model Explanation
CMP60.2: CMP60 series, hardware version V2 (V1 → V2: PCB optimization, stronger anti-interference, better long-term stability)
SP: SERCOS II optical bus (old high-speed servo bus, connects IndraDrive, etc.)
304: Power supply DC 24V; 3=24V, 04= hardware configuration version
FN: F= with fan; N= without PROFIBUS DP interface
NNNN: No additional daughter cards, no expansion modules, standard configuration
NW: N= standard firmware; W= universal Windows adaptation (WinXP/7/10 are supported, different from FW's Win10/11 specific)
II. Core Technical Parameters
Processor: Special motion control chip
Maximum number of control axes: Up to 64 axes
CNC channels: Up to 12 independent channels
Interpolation / channels: Up to 8 axes per channel for linkage
Cycle time: SERCOS and block processing minimum 250μs
Communication interfaces:
SERCOS II optical ×2 (servo)
Ethernet RJ45 (10/100Mbps, communicates with IPC)
High-speed I/O (8 inputs / 8 outputs)
Electrical: DC24V, power taken from PCI slot; with watchdog, status LED
Environment: Working 5°C ~ +55°C; shock resistance 1g, impact resistance 15g
Protection: IP20
III. CMP60.2 (NW) vs CMP60.2 (FW)
NW (this model): Standard firmware, compatible with WinXP/7/10, highly versatile, preferred for routine projects
FW: Dedicated firmware for Win10/11, real-time optimization, used for new systems or high real-time requirements
Hardware is completely the same: material number is the same (R911170645), can be converted through flashing
IV. CMP60.2 vs CMP60.1
CMP60.2 (V2): Circuit optimization, stronger anti-interference, longer lifespan; direct replacement of CMP60.1
CMP60.1 (V1): Old model, gradually replaced by V2
V. Typical Applications
PC-based CNC: machining centers, lathes / milling machines / grinding machines, laser cutting, woodworking machinery
Multi-axis synchronization: printing, packaging, textile, rubber and plastic, electronic manufacturing equipment
Old equipment renovation: replace CMP40/50/60.1, retain IPC architecture, upgrade performance
Complex processes: high-speed and high-precision trajectories, multi-channel processing, electronic gears / cams
