Emerson 1X00797H01L is a high power DIN rail mounted 24VDC power supply module of Ovation DCS 1X series, originally designed by Westinghouse. It provides stable and continuous power supply for Ovation controllers, I/O units, communication cards and field industrial instruments. Equipped with wide voltage input, high efficiency power conversion and full protection circuit, this module supports redundant parallel operation and hot swap maintenance. It maintains stable working performance under complex industrial conditions, and serves as the core power distribution unit widely used in power, chemical, oil gas and metallurgy industries.

The module accepts universal AC input ranging from 85VAC to 264VAC with frequency 47Hz to 63Hz, adapting to different power grid standards worldwide. It outputs constant 24VDC power with rated continuous current 20A and rated power 480W. Low ripple and noise design effectively avoid signal interference, and voltage fluctuation stays within small range under variable load conditions to guarantee consistent power supply quality.

Adopting high performance power conversion circuit, the maximum conversion efficiency reaches 90%. Built with complete protection functions including overload protection, short circuit protection, overvoltage protection, overtemperature protection and reverse polarity protection. The module limits current automatically when overload occurs and recovers after fault removal. It cuts off output instantly to prevent component damage once short circuit, overvoltage or overheating happens. Reverse connection lock function effectively avoids burnout caused by wrong wiring.

Supports dual module redundant parallel connection with automatic load sharing. When one power module breaks down, the other module takes over all power supply work within 10ms without power interruption and data loss. Standard DIN rail installation allows online hot swap replacement. Maintenance work can be finished without shutting down the whole DCS system, effectively reducing production downtime.
