VI. Installation and Maintenance
1. Installation
Select the standard 35mm DIN rail space in the Ovation cabinet, reserve space for ventilation (≥5cm), away from high-power frequency converters, motors, transformers and other strong interference equipment. Push the module bottom snap onto the rail and hear the "click" sound to fix firmly, ensuring vertical installation and no looseness. When installing multiple modules densely, keep the spacing ≥2cm to ensure heat dissipation and avoid affecting power efficiency and lifespan due to high temperature.
2. Wiring
For the input side, use multi-strand copper core insulated wires to connect to the mains or DC power supply, distinguish the live wire, neutral wire, and ground wire, tighten the terminals moderately to avoid loosening and overheating; for the output side, connect to the Ovation backplane or 24VDC load,严禁reverse positive and negative poles, it is recommended to connect in series with an air switch for easier maintenance.
