VI. Installation and maintenance
1. Installation
Select the standard free slot of the Ovation cabinet, reserve the upper and lower ventilation space, keep away from high-power frequency converters, motors and other strong interference equipment. Wear an anti-static wristband, push the card in steadily to ensure reliable contact of the backplane bus, lock the panel screws. When redundant configuration is used, install two cards of the same specification in adjacent slots for convenient wiring and maintenance.
2. Wiring
Select multi-strand shielded cables, distinguish between normally open / normally closed contact terminals, connect according to load type and voltage level, tighten the terminals moderately to avoid loosening and overheating. Single-ended grounding of the shielding layer, separate the wiring from the power cable to reduce electromagnetic interference. After the wiring is completed, check the circuit to ensure there are no short circuits or incorrect connections.
3. Daily Maintenance
