VII. Installation and maintenance

(1) Installation requirements

Installation location: Any vacant slot of Ovation standard I/O rack, reserve ≥50mm above and below, and ≥20mm left and right for heat dissipation space, away from strong heat sources, frequency converters and other strong electromagnetic sources. Installation Specifications: Wear an anti-static wrist strap, push the card smoothly into the slot, ensure good contact of the back panel, and tighten the panel screws; In redundant configuration, install the two cards in adjacent slots for easy maintenance.

Wiring Specifications: For the input side, use shielded twisted pair (0.75–1.5mm²), with the shielding layer grounded at one end; Current mode input impedance ≥ 1MΩ, voltage mode ≥ 10MΩ; Tighten the terminal with a torque of 0.8–1.2N・m to prevent loosening and overheating.

(II) Maintenance Points

Regular Inspection: Monthly check the LED status, wiring terminals, and appearance, and check for overheating and loosening; View the DCS diagnostic log and randomly test the channel acquisition accuracy.
