Six. Installation and Maintenance
(1) Installation Requirements
Installation location: Installed in any vacant slot of the Ovation standard I/O rack, installed firmly and vibration-proof; reserve ≥80mm above and below the module and ≥30mm on the left and right for heat dissipation space, away from strong heat sources, strong electromagnetic sources (such as frequency converters, high-power motors), to ensure smooth ventilation.
Installation norms: During installation, wear an anti-static wristband to avoid damage to electronic components due to static electricity; Align the module with the slot and push it in smoothly to ensure good contact with the backplane bus; Tighten the panel fixing screws; In redundant configuration, install the two controllers in adjacent slots, with a spacing of ≥50mm, for convenient wiring and maintenance.
