Six, Installation and maintenance

(1) Installation requirements

Installation location: Ovation standard I/O rack DIN rail or 19-inch cabinet, ≥ 100mm above and below, ≥ 50mm of heat dissipation space, away from strong heat sources and frequency converters, large-power motors, etc. strong electromagnetic sources. Installation Specifications: Wear anti-static wrist straps, ensure the fastening of the snap fasteners / rack mounting components; the spacing between multiple modules should be ≥ 50mm, and the redundant installation spacing should be ≥ 100mm, facilitating heat dissipation and maintenance.

Cabling Specifications: The AC power lines on the input side should be firmly connected, with clear identification of live / neutral / ground; the output side should use multi-strand copper core cables, with correct positive and negative poles; the tightening torque of the terminals should be 1.5–2.0N・m, and the cables should be kept away from interference sources.
