(1) Installation Requirements

Installation location: Install in Ovation standard 19-inch cabinets or I/O rack DIN rails, install firmly and vibration-proof; reserve ≥100mm of space above and below the module and ≥50mm of space on the left and right for heat dissipation, keep away from strong heat sources and strong electromagnetic sources (such as frequency converters, large-power motors), ensure smooth ventilation.

Installation specifications: Use standard rack fasteners or DIN rail clips for installation, ensure good contact between the module and the rack; when installing, wear an anti-static wristband to avoid damage to electronic components due to static electricity; when installing multiple modules in parallel, the spacing should be ≥50mm to ensure heat dissipation and signal isolation; when redundant installation is required, the spacing between the two modules should be ≥100mm to facilitate maintenance and heat dissipation.
