7. Installation

1. Power off the Quantum I/O module and related equipment.

4. Insert the 50‑pin SUB‑D into the target port; tighten captive screws (0.8–1.0 N·m).

5. Secure cable with ties; maintain minimum bend radius.

6. Verify connections before restoring power.
