6. Installation Instructions

1. Pre‑Installation

   • Ensure the backplane slot is empty and power is OFF (or hot‑swap if supported).

2. Insertion

   • Align the 140XCP50000 with the empty backplane slot.

   • Push firmly until the module clicks into place.

3. Securement

   • Tighten the captive screw (if equipped) to 0.8–1.0 N·m.

   • Verify the module is flush and secured.

4. Airflow & Cabling

   • Maintain ≥ 20 mm clearance above/below for ventilation.

   • Route cables away from the dummy module; no wiring required.
