Emerson 1D54580G02 (Dual Rack Chassis)

1D54580G02 is the original Westinghouse (now Emerson) Ovation/WDPF DCS 1D series dual-rack chassis (for redundant control stations), designed for redundancy control systems. It can accommodate two sets of controllers, power supplies and I/O, and is the core carrying unit of the high-reliability architecture of the 1D system. It is commonly found in key control cabinets for thermal power and chemical industries.

Backplane integrates MultiBus bus, power bus, I/O signals, redundant interconnection between dual-racks, supports seamless switching of controllers / power supplies / network.

Integrated power distribution and protection

Backside equipped with 1D54579G01 power distribution interface board, uniformly distributes 110/240VAC or 24VDC, each path has independent fuses, single path fault isolation.

Dual power input, dual bus design, supports 2N redundant power supply, any power / bus failure does not affect operation.

Industrial-grade rugged design

Cold-rolled steel plate reinforcement, anti-static / anti-corrosion coating, anti-vibration 5g, anti-shock, suitable for high-temperature, high-dust, strong electromagnetic interference working conditions.

Up and down ventilation slots + side deflector, natural convection cooling, working temperature -20℃～+60℃.

Hot-swappable and maintenance-friendly

Cards can be hot-swapped without tools, replacing modules does not require downtime; rails with positioning locks, prevent accidental insertion.

Front and rear doors, left and right wiring, backplane reserved LED status light positions (power, bus, fault), convenient for quick troubleshooting.
