330930-060-00-00

330930-060-00-00 (Bently Nevada 3300 XL NSv Extension Cable) Model: 330930-060-00-00 Brand: Bently Nevada (Baker Hughes) Series: 3300 XL NSv Eddy Current Sensor System Function: Conventional sheathed extension cable, connecting the probe and the preamplifier, transmitting vibration, displacement, and phase pulse signals, suitable for monitoring the operating conditions of conventional industrial units

Description

I. Model Positioning

330930: Extension cable for NSv series

060: Total cable length 6.0 meters

00: No stainless steel armor protection layer

00: No explosion-proof compliance certification

Usage: General factory areas of steam turbines, compressors, and ordinary buildings. Used for signal transmission of shaft vibration and rotational speed key signals. Prohibited for use in flammable and explosive sites.

II. Core Parameters

1. Mechanical Structure

Overall length: 6.0 meters

Outer structure: Ordinary insulating sheath, no metal armor

Connection end: Both ends standard ClickLoc quick connectors, sealed and dust-proof

Minimum bending radius: Not less than 25mm

The cable is lightweight and suitable for regular line laying

2. Electrical Characteristics

Compatible system: 3300 XL NSv eddy current sensing system

Standard impedance: 50Ω

Frequency response range: 0~10kHz

Low signal loss, capable of resisting common electromagnetic interference, ensuring stable transmission

3. Environmental Tolerance

Working temperature: -40℃~+125℃

Protection level: IP67

Anti-vibration strength: 10g (10~1000Hz)

Suitable for ordinary non-hazardous conditions, not applicable to explosion-proof areas

4. System Adaptation

Adaptable probes: 330980 series high-temperature phase probes, conventional NSv detection probes

Adaptable preamplifiers: 330980-50-00, 330980-70-00

Adaptable systems: 3300 TSI, 3500 TSI monitoring racks

Adaptable modules: 3500/40M vibration module, 3500/50E rotational phase module

III. Installation Tips

1. The total length of the cable must be strictly matched. The length of the probe cable plus the extension cable should be consistent with the rated parameters of the preamplifier.

2. Keep the connectors clean. Avoid oil and dust from entering. Put on the protective cap when not in use.

3. Fix the wiring in sections, keep away from high-temperature and high-pressure pipelines, and strictly avoid hard bending and pulling.

4. Shielded wires are only grounded on one side of the preamplifier to prevent current circulation from interfering with the signal.

IV. Comparison of the Same Specification Models

330930-060-00-00: No armor, no explosion-proof, suitable for general ordinary conditions

330930-060-01-00: With armor protection, wear-resistant and durable, not for explosion-proof environments

330930-060-01-05: Armor combined with explosion-proof certification, can be used in hazardous areas

V. Common Faults

Signal disconnection: Check the connection plug status and the condition of the cable outer skin damage or breakage

Abnormal data fluctuation: Verify the grounding method, keep the line away from high-power electrical equipment

Measurement deviation: Check if the total length of the entire cable meets the calibration requirements of the preamplifier
