330930-065-05-05
Description
I. Model Positioning (Detailed Analysis Section by Section)
330930: 3300 XL NSv Series Extension Cable
065: Cable Length 6.5 m (21.3 ft)
05: Stainless Steel Armor (Armor), resistant to mechanical damage and high temperature
05: CSA/ATEX/IECEx Explosion-proof Certification, suitable for hazardous areas
Usage: Combined with 330900 Series NSv probes and 330980 Series Preprocessors, used for shaft vibration, axial displacement, phase/key frequency monitoring in narrow spaces, high temperatures, and explosion-proof environments.
II. Core Parameters
1. Mechanical Characteristics
Length: 6.5 m
Structure: With stainless steel armor, inner insulation + shielding layer + armor protection layer
Connectors: Both ends standard coaxial ClickLoc connectors, quick plug-in, waterproof, dustproof
Minimum bending radius: ≥ 25 mm
Weight: Approximately 1.0 kg
2. Electrical Characteristics
Compatible System: 3300 XL NSv Eddy Current Sensor
Impedance: 50 Ω
Frequency Response: 0–10 kHz
Signal Transmission: Low loss, anti-interference, suitable for long-distance signal transmission
3. Environment and Certification
Operating Temperature: -40°C ~ +125°C (Armor can withstand higher temperatures)
Protection Grade: IP67
Certification: CSA, ATEX, IECEx Explosion-proof Certification
Anti-Vibration: 10 g (10–1000 Hz)
III. System Compatibility (Must be Matched as a Set)
Probe: 330901-00-00 (Standard NSv Probe, M10×1 Thread)
Preprocessor: 330980-50-00 / 330980-70-00
Total Length Matching: Internal Length of Probe + Length of Extension Cable = Nominal Length of Preprocessor
Example: Probe 1.0 m + Cable 6.5 m = Preprocessor 7.5 m (Must be consistent during ordering)
Monitoring Rack: 3300 TSI, 3500 TSI
Monitoring Module: 3500/40M (Vibration), 3500/50M (Phase/Speed)

V. Installation Points
Length Matching: Ensure that the probe + cable = total length of the preamplifier. Otherwise, the signal will be non-linear.
Connector Protection: Prevent oil and dust from entering the connector. Cover the connector with a protective cap after installation.
Cable Fixation: Fix every 0.5–1 m to avoid vibration wear; keep away from high-temperature and high-pressure pipelines.
Grounding Specifications: Only the single end of the shielding layer is grounded on the preamplifier side to prevent circulating interference.
