330980-70-00

330980-70-00 (Bently Nevada High Temperature Phase Probe) Model: 330980-70-00 Brand: Bently Nevada (Baker Hughes) Series: 3300 XL NSv High Temperature Phase Speed Sensor System Function: Side-outlet high-temperature phase probe, without internal cables in the body, collects pulse signals to complete speed measurement, overspeed protection, and phase analysis. Compatible with 3500 series speed monitoring module.

Description

I. Model Positioning

330980: High-temperature-specific phase and speed probe, cannot be replaced by regular vibration probes

70: Narrow side-out structure, suitable for narrow installation spaces

00: Without built-in cables, must be used in conjunction with extension cables of the 330130 series

Usage: For high-temperature chambers of steam turbines and gas turbines, only responsible for phase picking and speed monitoring, not for shaft vibration or axial displacement detection

II. Core Parameters

1. Mechanical Structure

Probe Type: Electric Eddy Current High-Temperature Phase and Speed Special Probe

Installation Thread: 3/8-24 UNF standard thread

Outgoing Line Form: Side-out narrow body shape

Cable Configuration: No built-in cable, external 330130 series extension cable required

Shell Material: High-temperature-resistant stainless steel, anti-vibration and anti-oxygenation

Protection Grade: IP67, dustproof, moisture-proof, and resistant to oil erosion

2. Electrical Characteristics

Measurement Principle: Non-contact eddy current induction detection

Adapter Compatibility: 330180 standard model, 330181 high-temperature model

Sensitivity: 7.87V/mm

Frequency Response: 0~10kHz, covering the full speed operation range of the unit

Pulse Characteristics: Signal edge regular, no lost pulses, no interference noise

Power Supply: -24VDC ±10%

3. Environmental Tolerance

Probe Working Temperature: -40℃~+175℃

Adapter Working Temperature: -40℃~+125℃

Anti-vibration Grade: 10g (10~1000Hz)

Low temperature drift coefficient, stable signal without deviation in high-temperature conditions

4. System Adaptation

Adaptable Rack: 3300 TSI, 3500 TSI monitoring system

Adaptable Module: 3500/50E, 3500/50M speed phase module

Matching Cables: 330130 series 5m, 9m specification extension cables

III. Installation Tips

1. Installation Gap

Standard installation gap control: 1.0~1.5mm

Preferred material for the measured medium: 4140 steel, detection surface area larger than three times the diameter of the probe

Leave 5mm or more clearance around the probe to avoid interference from surrounding metal components

2. Wiring Specifications

Use three-wire system wiring, signal wires are the outer layer, internal shielding is the common terminal, external shielding is the grounding terminal

Shielded wires are only grounded on one side of the preamplifier to avoid forming a circulating current that affects the signal

3. Installation Steps

Clean the installation holes and oil stains, burrs, and impurities on the measured surface

After the probe is in contact with the end face, retreat 1.25mm as the standard spacing

Lock the anti-loosening nut, maintain a tightening torque of 8~10N・m

Standardize the wiring layout, the minimum bending radius of the cable is not less than 25mm

IV. Common Faults

No pulse output: Check the installation gap, power supply voltage, wiring terminals, and cable continuity

Signal fluctuation and noise: Check the grounding method, keep the cables away from high electromagnetic equipment such as frequency converters

High-temperature data anomaly: Verify the working temperature range of the probe, installation firmness, and detection spacing
