III. Installation Tips
1. Installation Gap
Standard installation gap: 1.0~1.5mm
Preferred material for the measured object: 4140 steel, the detection surface area is more than three times the diameter of the probe
Leave 5mm or more clearance around the probe to avoid metal interference
2. Wiring Standards
Three-wire wiring, the core wire is the signal end, the inner shield is the common end, and the outer shield is the grounding end
Shielded wire is only grounded on one side of the preamplifier to eliminate circulating interference
3. Installation Steps
Clean the installation hole and impurities on the measured surface
Insert the probe contact end face and retract 1.25mm as the standard spacing
Lock the anti-loosening nut, and the tightening torque is controlled at 8~10N・m
Straighten the wiring, the bending radius of the cable is not less than 25mm
IV. Common Faults
No pulse output: Check the installation gap, power supply line, wiring terminals, and cable continuity
Signal fluctuation and noise: Check the grounding method, whether the cable is close to strong electrical equipment
High-temperature signal abnormality: Confirm the probe working temperature, installation tightness, and detection spacing
V. Comparison of the Same Model
330980-71-00: No built-in cable, select the extension cable as needed
330980-71-05: Comes with 5m built-in cable, can be directly connected to the preamplifier on site
