7200: 7200 series platform

RV: Radial Vibration (radial vibration)

DP: Dual Probe (double probe / dual channel)

R: Rack Mount (rack-mounted type)

Full name: 7200-RVDP-R (component number usually includes 26338, 76338)

II. Core Functions and Parameters

Channels: 2 independent eddy current probe inputs (5mm/8mm, such as 7200-21508+18745 preamplifier)

Measurement: Axial radial vibration (peak - peak), 0–15 mils (0–381 μm) range

Display: Panel analog pointer meter + alarm LED, local direct reading

Output:

2 channels 4–20mA analog (input to DCS)

Alarm / danger relay dry contact

Power supply: -24VDC (7200 rack backplane)

Status: Original factory completely discontinued, only second-hand / refurbished spare parts circulated

III. Differences from 7200-RVR (single probe)

7200-RVR (RV-R): 1 channel, single probe, used for single-plane vibration monitoring

7200-RVDP-R: 2 channels, dual probe, often used for X/Y bidirectional or dual redundant monitoring of the same section

IV. Upgrade Replacement (Corresponding to 3500 Series)

Direct replacement card: 3500/40M (7203953-01) —— 4-channel vibration / displacement, digital, with Ethernet communication

Sensor: Original 7200 probe + preamplifier can be directly used (electrical compatibility with 3500)
