Description
Technical Specifications
The rack backplane is powered by negative pressure and features a standard full-height card structure.
Multiple channels of independent temperature measurement are available, compatible with PT100 and common thermocouples.
The temperature measurement accuracy is stable, and the range is suitable for common temperature control conditions in the field.
An alarm relay is configured, and a 4-20mA standard analog signal is output.
The working temperature range is 0℃ - 60℃, and the storage temperature range is - 40℃ - 85℃. It is resistant to vibration and interference.
Installation and Wiring
The module is inserted into the rack slot and locked to ensure a tight connection of the bus.
The temperature measurement cables are connected according to the channels and are routed separately from the power lines.
The alarm and signal output lines are connected in a standardized manner, with terminals tightened without any looseness.
After checking the wiring without errors, power is applied for debugging of configuration parameters.
Maintenance and Care
Regularly check the status of indicator lights and ensure that the temperature values remain stable without any abnormal fluctuations.
Regularly tighten the wiring terminals and check for cable damage, dust accumulation, and moisture conditions.
Periodically calibrate the temperature measurement accuracy and test the response effect of alarm triggering.
Reduce unplugging operations and store the spare modules in a dry and ventilated environment.
Troubleshooting
If there is no data in the channel, check the power supply, slot contact, and the continuity of the temperature measurement lines.
If the numerical values fluctuate abnormally, inspect the probe connection, optimize the shielding and grounding treatment.
If the alarm action is abnormal, verify the threshold parameters and check the state of the relay contacts.
If there is a signal transmission failure, review the wiring, and verify the module configuration settings.
