72100-04-01-01-01-01-13

Product Overview The Bentley 72100-04-01-01-01-01-13 is a 7200 series four-channel temperature monitoring module, compatible with the matching chassis. It is equipped with PT100 and thermocouple temperature sensing elements to monitor the temperatures of bearings, lubricating oil, and motor windings. It features multiple-level alarm interlocks and can transmit analog signals remotely. It is applied in steam turbine units, compressors, and generator sets for temperature control protection.

Description

Technical Specifications

The rack backplane is powered by negative pressure, and the full-height card installation style is adopted.

Four independent temperature measurement channels, compatible with mainstream temperature sensing elements.

The temperature measurement accuracy is stable, and the range meets the routine temperature measurement requirements on site.

Integrated alarm relay, supporting 4-20mA standard analog output.

Operating temperature: 0℃ - 60℃, storage temperature: - 40℃ - 85℃, shock-resistant and anti-electromagnetic interference.

Installation and wiring

The module is inserted into the rack slot, locked and fixed to ensure good bus contact.

The temperature measurement cables are connected in sequence according to the channel, and the strong and weak lines are laid separately.

The alarm circuit is connected in a standardized manner with the signal output line, and the terminals are tight without loose connections.

After the overall inspection is completed, power is applied for parameter configuration and debugging.

Maintenance and care

Regularly check the panel indicator lights, observe that the temperature values are stable without abnormal fluctuations.

Regularly tighten the wiring terminals to check for aging, damage, dust accumulation, and moisture problems of the cables.

Time to calibrate the temperature measurement accuracy and test the reliability of the alarm trigger action.

Reduce frequent plugging and unplugging operations, and store the spare modules in a dry and ventilated environment. Fault diagnosis

The channel has no temperature data. Check the power supply, slot contact, and temperature measurement circuit continuity.

There is a fluctuation deviation in the values. Check the probe connection status, optimize the circuit shielding and grounding.

The alarm response is abnormal. Verify the set threshold, detect the contact continuity of the relay.

The signal transmission is interrupted. Review the wiring condition, and check the module configuration parameters.
