Description
Technical Specifications
The backplane is uniformly powered by negative pressure, with a standard full-height card structure.
There are four independent temperature measurement channels, compatible with PT100 and conventional thermocouples.
The temperature measurement accuracy is stable, and the range covers the normal temperature control range of the equipment.
An internal alarm relay is provided, supporting 4-20mA analog output.
The working temperature is 0℃ - 60℃, and the storage temperature is - 40℃ - 85℃. It is shock-resistant and interference-proof.
Installation and Wiring
The module is inserted into the rack slot and locked to ensure reliable bus contact.
The temperature measurement cables are connected correspondingly according to the channels, and are separated from the power lines for wiring.
The alarm lines, signal output lines are properly connected, and the terminals are tightened without loosening.
After verifying that the wiring is correct, power is applied for configuration parameter debugging.
Maintenance and Care
Regularly observe the operation indicator lights, and the temperature values remain stable without abnormal fluctuations.
Regularly tighten the wiring terminals, check for cable damage, moisture, and dust accumulation.
Periodically calibrate the temperature measurement accuracy and test the response effect of alarm triggering.
Reduce the frequency of plugging and unplugging to protect the interface, and store spare parts in a dry and ventilated place. Fault diagnosis
The channel has no data. Check the power supply, slot contact, and temperature measurement circuit continuity.
The numerical fluctuations are abnormal. Investigate the probe contact, optimize the circuit shielding and grounding.
The alarm action is abnormal. Verify the threshold parameters, detect the relay contact continuity.
The signal transmission is failed. Recheck the wiring status, and verify the module configuration settings.
