The rack backplane is powered by negative pressure, and the full-height card installation structure is adopted.
There are four independent temperature measurement channels, compatible with PT100 and conventional types of thermocouples.
The measurement range is wide, and the measurement accuracy is stable and reliable.
It comes with an alarm relay and is equipped with a standard 4-20mA analog output.
The working temperature range is 0℃ to 60℃, and the storage temperature range is -40℃ to 85℃. It is resistant to interference and vibration.
Installation and Wiring
The module is inserted into the rack slot and locked to ensure stable internal bus contact.
The temperature measurement cables are connected according to the channel number, and the temperature control lines and power lines are separately laid.
The alarm circuit and signal output terminals are connected in a standardized manner, and the terminals are tightened without any loose connections.
After verifying that the wiring is correct, power is applied to complete the parameter configuration and debugging.
Maintenance and Care
Regularly check the status of the indicator lights and monitor the temperature values to ensure they are stable without abnormal sudden changes.
Regularly tighten the wiring terminals, check for any damage, aging, moisture, or dust accumulation in the lines.
Regularly calibrate the temperature measurement accuracy and test the sensitivity of the alarm trigger response.
Reduce frequent plugging and unplugging of the protection interface, and store the spare cards in a dry and light-protected environment. Fault diagnosis
The channel has no temperature data. Check the power supply, slot contact, and temperature measurement circuit continuity.
Abnormal deviation in numerical fluctuations. Inspect the probe contact status and optimize the grounding and shielding of the lines.
Alarm start and stop malfunction. Verify the temperature threshold parameters and test the performance of the relay contacts.
Signal transmission interruption. Recheck the wiring conditions and verify the module configuration.
