Description
Technical Specifications
The rack backplane is uniformly powered and adopts a full-height card installation form.
Four independent monitoring channels, compatible with the 3300XL series eddy current probes.
The measurement accuracy is reliable, and the frequency response meets the routine monitoring conditions of the equipment.
Integrated relay alarm output, standard 4-20mA analog signal output.
Operating temperature: 0℃ to 60℃, storage temperature: -40℃ to 85℃, shockproof, dustproof, and anti-interference.
Installation and wiring
Insert the module into the rack slot and lock it to ensure stable contact of the backplane bus.
Connect the sensing cables according to the channel sequence, and separate the signal lines from the power lines.
Connect the alarm circuits and output circuits in accordance with specifications, and press the terminals firmly without any loose or incorrect connections.
After overall inspection is correct, power on to complete parameter debugging and setting.
Maintenance and care
Regularly check the panel indicator lights to monitor the stable values without abnormal fluctuations.
Regularly tighten the wiring terminals, check for cable damage, aging, and dust accumulation.
Periodically calibrate the measurement accuracy and verify the effectiveness of alarm triggering actions.
Reduce the frequency of plugging and unplugging to protect the interface, and store spare parts in a dry and ventilated environment. Fault diagnosis
There is no data display in the channel. Check the power supply, slot contact and sensing circuit continuity.
The numerical fluctuations are abnormal. Adjust the probe installation gap and optimize the shielding grounding configuration.
The alarm start and stop are abnormal. Verify the threshold parameters and detect the contact state of the relay.
The signal transmission is interrupted. Investigate the wiring condition and recheck the module configuration parameters.
