72300-01-02-02-05-01-01

Product Overview The Bentley 72300-01-02-02-05-01-01 is a 7200 series dual-channel monitoring module, which is used in conjunction with eddy current sensors. It can monitor parameters such as shaft vibration and axial displacement, and has an alarm and interlock protection function. It can output analog signals to upload data, and is suitable for state monitoring and protection of large rotating mechanical equipment such as steam turbines, compressors, and generator sets.

Description

# Technical Parameters

Unified power supply via rack backplane. The full-height card structure is compatible with 7200 series racks and features dual-channel independent acquisition channels. It supports standard eddy current probes with stable measurement accuracy and frequency response adapting to on-site equipment monitoring conditions. Built-in relay alarm output is available, enabling remote transmission of analog signals. Operating temperature ranges from 0℃ to 60℃, and storage temperature ranges from -40℃ to 85℃. The device boasts dustproof and shockproof performance.

# Installation and Wiring

Insert the module into the corresponding slot of the rack and lock it tightly to ensure reliable contact of the backplane bus. Connect sensor cables to matched ports by channels, and separate signal cables from power lines. Wire alarm circuits and signal output lines in compliance with specifications, and fasten terminals to avoid loose or wrong connections. Conduct a comprehensive inspection after wiring and installation, then power on for commissioning and operation after confirmation.

# Maintenance

Check the running status of indicator lights daily and ensure monitored values stay stable without abnormal fluctuations. Tighten wiring terminals regularly, and inspect cables for damage, aging, dust and oil contamination. Calibrate measurement accuracy periodically and test the sensitivity and reliability of alarm triggering actions. Avoid frequent plugging and unplugging of cards, and store idle components in dry and ventilated places.

# Troubleshooting

No data feedback from channels: Check power supply, slot contact and connectivity of sensor circuits in sequence.

Excessive fluctuation and deviation of values: Adjust the mounting clearance of probes, and optimize line shielding and grounding.

Abnormal or failed alarm response: Verify threshold setting parameters and check the conduction state of relay contacts.

Interrupted signal transmission: Inspect wiring connections and verify relevant configuration parameters.
