Description
Technical Specifications
Powered by the chassis backplane, with full-height card installation form
Dual-channel independent acquisition circuits, compatible with conventional types of eddy current probes
Measurement accuracy meets standards, frequency response range is suitable for equipment operation monitoring requirements
Integrated alarm relay contacts, support for analog signal transmission externally
Operating temperature 0℃ to 60℃, storage temperature -40℃ to 85℃, with dust-proof and shock-proof performance
Installation and Wiring
Insert the module into the designated slot of the chassis and lock it for fixation to ensure good contact of the internal bus
Connect the sensing cables in accordance with the channel sequence to the corresponding ports, separate the strong and weak lines for wiring
Connect the alarm control lines and output lines in a standardized manner, with firm connections without loosening of terminals
After all wiring checks confirm no errors, then power on for debugging and use
Maintenance and Care
Regularly observe the indicator lights on the panel, monitor the values to ensure smooth operation without abnormal fluctuations
Regularly tighten the wiring terminals to check for cable damage, aging, and dirt accumulation
Periodically calibrate the measurement parameters and test whether the alarm response actions are normal
Reduce the frequency of card insertion and removal to protect the interface, store idle components in a dry and ventilated place Fault diagnosis
There is no monitoring data for the channel. Check the power supply, slot contact and the continuity of the sensing lines.
The numerical fluctuations have a large deviation. Adjust the installation gap of the probe and optimize the shielding and grounding of the lines.
The alarm function is malfunctioning. Check the threshold parameters and detect the continuity of the relay contacts.
The signal transmission is abnormal. Check the wiring status and review the relevant configuration settings.
