Installation and Wiring

Connect the sensing cables in sequence according to the channel, and separate the signal lines from the power lines.
Connect the alarm circuits and analog output circuits in accordance with specifications, and ensure tight terminal connections without looseness.
After completing the wiring, conduct a comprehensive inspection to ensure there are no errors before powering on for debugging and operation.
Maintenance and Care
Regularly check the status of the operation indicator lights and observe that the monitoring values remain stable without abnormal fluctuations.
Regularly tighten the wiring terminals and check for any damage, aging, or dust accumulation on the cable surface.
Periodically calibrate the measurement parameters and test the response effect of the alarm trigger action.
Reduce frequent insertion and removal of cards, and store idle components in a dry and ventilated environment. Fault diagnosis
There is no monitoring data for the channel. Check the power supply, slot contact, and the continuity of the sensing lines.
The numerical fluctuations are too large. Verify the installation gap of the probe, optimize the shielding and grounding of the lines.
The alarm action is abnormal and fails to function properly. Check the internal threshold parameters and detect the conduction state of the relay contacts.
The signal transmission is interrupted. Check the wiring connection status and review the relevant configuration parameters.
