Technical Specifications
Card adapter: Installed in the full-height slots of the 3500 system, powered by the backplane of the rack.
It has four independent measurement channels and is compatible with conventional specifications of eddy current sensors.
The displacement measurement has high accuracy, covering the normal expansion difference and axial displacement range of the unit.
It is equipped with relay alarm output and standard communication interfaces, supporting configuration parameter modification and retrieval.
Operating temperature range: 0℃ to 60℃, storage temperature range: -40℃ to 85℃. It has industrial shockproof and dustproof performance.
Installation and wiring:
Insert the module smoothly into the corresponding slot of the rack, lock it with the snap fastener to ensure reliable contact of the backplane bus.
Connect the sensor cables according to the channel number to the input terminals. Keep the lines away from power cables to avoid interference.
Connect the communication lines and alarm control lines to the corresponding ports. Secure the connections without loose or incorrect connections.
After installation, check the overall fixation status, confirm the proper layout of the lines, then power on for debugging and operation.
Maintenance and care:
Regularly observe the operation status of the panel indicator lights, and check if the monitoring values are stable without abnormal sudden changes.
Regularly tighten the connection terminals, check if the outer skin of the sensing cables is not damaged or aged.
Periodically perform parameter calibration and alarm function tests to ensure the monitoring logic is normal and effective.
Avoid damaging the interface by frequently plugging and unplugging the cards, and store the idle components in a dry and ventilated environment. Fault diagnosis
Monitor for no data feedback, check the power supply of the card and the contact status of the slots, and troubleshoot the connection of the sensor lines
If the numerical values show significant fluctuations and deviations, verify the installation gap of the probe, and address the issues of shielding and grounding of the lines
If the alarm triggering is abnormal and ineffective, recheck the threshold setting parameters, and test the contact performance of the relay
If communication cannot be properly exchanged, check the connection of the communication lines, and verify the communication protocol and port configuration
