Description
Technical Specifications
The system is powered uniformly by the backplane, ensuring stable overall power consumption.
It is equipped with a standard RS232 communication serial port, compatible with common configuration and debugging communication protocols.
It supports a three-redundancy system architecture, ensuring high operational reliability.
The operating environment temperature ranges from 0 degrees Celsius to 60 degrees Celsius, and the storage tolerance temperature ranges from -40 degrees Celsius to 85 degrees Celsius.
It adopts a full-height card slot installation specification, featuring industrial standard shockproof and dustproof protection performance.
Installation and Wiring
The module is fixedly installed in the designated full-height slot of the 3500 rack, avoiding signal interference by placing it away from high-power electrical equipment.
The backplane ports are precisely aligned and securely fastened with the rack bus to ensure smooth internal data communication paths.
The external serial port lines are connected and debugged to the computer or communication expansion device in accordance with specifications, with neat wiring arrangement and no overlap with power cables.
After installation, check the firmness of the card clips of the card components, confirm stable port contact, and then power on and run.
Maintenance and Care
Regularly check the status of the panel indicator lights to determine whether the operation, communication, and fault conditions are normal.
Periodically inspect the fixation status of the card components and the integrity of the external lines to clean the accumulated dust and debris on the surface.
Conduct periodic online tests to verify the communication transmission effect and check for no delay or omission in data reception and transmission.
Avoid frequent plugging and unplugging of module components to prevent interface wear and poor contact.
Store idle components in a dry and constant temperature environment to avoid erosion of components by damp and dust.
Fault diagnosis
The system is unable to read the frame data. Check the power supply of the module and the connection status of the backplane, and investigate the connection status of the communication lines and the port loss.
The indicator light shows an abnormal error. Restart the system to reset the detection, but the problem persists. It is determined that the module has a hardware fault.
The configuration parameters cannot be downloaded or uploaded. Verify the wiring of the communication lines and the parameter settings of the ports, and investigate the protocol matching issue.
The data interaction of multiple cards is disordered. Check the operating status of this module. If necessary, replace the spare parts to restore communication.
