72564-01-04-01-01-11

Product Overview The Bentley 72564-01-04-01-01-11 belongs to the 7200 series TSI speed monitoring module. It is a discontinued replacement part and is suitable for old rotating machinery control systems. The module collects pulse signals from magnetic-electric sensors, performs signal amplification and conversion, and real-time monitors the operating speed of the equipment. It has functions of overspeed alarm and interlock protection, and outputs standard analog signals. It is mainly used for speed monitoring and protection of steam turbines, generator sets, and compressors.

Description

Technical Specifications

Using a negative 24-volt direct current supply, the working voltage range is from negative 17.5 volts to negative 26 volts.

It is compatible with magnetic-electric speed probes, with stable measurement accuracy. It supports a signal output of 4 to 20 milliamps. It has built-in alarm relay contacts.

The cabinet is installed on the rail, with a working temperature range of -20 degrees Celsius to 60 degrees Celsius, and a storage temperature range of -40 degrees Celsius to 85 degrees Celsius. It has dust-proof and shock-proof capabilities.

Installation and Wiring

The module is mounted on the standard rail of the cabinet. The installation position should be away from strong electromagnetic interference equipment.

The power line, sensing line, and power supply line are laid separately. They are connected to the power supply and grounding terminals according to the specifications.

The speed sensor is connected to the corresponding signal port, and the analog output is connected to the central control equipment. The alarm contact is connected to the interlock circuit.

After wiring is completed, check the connection status. After confirming there are no errors, power on and use.

Maintenance and Care

Daily check the appearance of the equipment to ensure it is clean and intact. Observe the running speed value to ensure it is stable without abnormal fluctuations.

Regularly tighten the connection terminals and check if the cable appearance is damaged or aged.

Regularly test the power supply voltage to verify the measurement accuracy and alarm action status.

Do not plug or unplug the lines while powered on. Store idle components in a dry and ventilated environment. Fault diagnosis

No speed display. Check the power supply lines, sensor lines and wiring conditions, replace components to troubleshoot the problem.

Abnormal fluctuation of speed value. Check for electromagnetic interference, inspect the probe fixation, line shielding and grounding connection.

Abnormal alarm function. Verify the set threshold, test the contact conduction status, adjust parameters or replace components as necessary.
