Product Overview: Bentley 72564-52-04-03-06-01-01-11 belongs to the 7200 series TSI system speed monitoring module and is a discontinued spare part. It is mostly used for the maintenance and replacement of old unit equipment. The module has the ability to collect and process single-channel speed and can be matched with magneto-electric speed sensors. Real-time capture of the rotating pulse signals of the equipment, complete signal shaping, amplification, conversion and operation, and visually present the actual speed value of the unit. It is equipped with an overspeed warning and shutdown protection function, and synchronously outputs standard analog signals, which are compatible with the speed condition monitoring and protection of rotating equipment such as steam turbine generator sets and compressors

Description

Technical Specifications

The working power supply is adapted to a standard negative 24-volt DC voltage, with a voltage fluctuation range of negative 17.5 volts to negative 26 volts.

The overall operating power consumption is stable, and the signal input is matched with conventional magnetic-electric induction probes. The speed measurement covers the commonly used operating range of the unit.

The measurement accuracy is stable and reliable. It supports 4 to 20 milliampere analog signal output and has built-in mechanical alarm contacts.

The equipment adopts a rail-mounted cabinet installation structure, suitable for industrial conventional operating environments.

The working environment temperature range is from -20 degrees Celsius to 60 degrees Celsius, and the storage tolerance temperature is from -40 degrees Celsius to 85 degrees Celsius. It has basic dust-proof and anti-vibration protection performance.

Installation and Wiring

The module is fixedly installed at the standard rail position of the equipment cabinet. The installation area avoids the electromagnetic interference sources such as the high-power motors of the frequency conversion equipment. The sensing lines and power lines are arranged separately.

The power supply lines are connected to the power terminals according to the specifications, and are reliably connected to the system grounding point.

The speed sensor cable is connected to the corresponding signal input end of the module, and the wiring is arranged in accordance with the wiring rules.

The analog output end is connected to the acquisition port of the back-end control system, and the alarm contact is connected to the on-site interlock control circuit.

After all the lines are laid out, check the wiring status. Confirm that there are no loose, incorrect connections or damage before powering on and running.

Maintenance and Care

Regularly check the overall condition of the module shell, keep the surface clean without oil stains or corrosion marks, and observe the stable speed display value without abnormal fluctuations.

Regularly check the tightness of the wiring terminals, and check for any wear or aging of the cable outer skin.

Periodically test the power supply voltage to maintain the standard range, verify the accuracy of the speed measurement value, and test the response state of the alarm interlock action.

During the operation process, do not plug or unplug the sensing lines while powered on, to avoid mixed connection, mismatch, and damage to the internal circuit.

When the equipment is idle and stored, keep the environment dry and ventilated to avoid the erosion of moisture and dust on the components. Fault diagnosis

The equipment does not display the rotational speed value. First, check the connection status of the power supply circuit, verify whether the sensor lines are broken or short-circuited, check the standardization of the wiring arrangement, and replace the faulty parts to determine the fault location.

The rotational speed value frequently jumps and the deviation is too large. Investigate the influence of external electromagnetic interference, check the tightness of the sensor installation and fixation, and confirm the integrity of the line shielding protection and grounding connection.

The action of the overspeed alarm function is abnormal. Check the internal set parameters of the rotational speed threshold, detect the conduction state of the relay contacts, re-adjust the parameter deviations, and replace the faulty hardware components in time.
