Original American-made 3500 system-specific monitoring card, half-height size, supports hot-swappable power-on; metal reinforced housing, compliant with API 670 standard, specially designed for shell expansion (cylinder expansion), differential expansion, and axial position monitoring of critical rotating machinery such as steam turbines, with industrial-grade high reliability, compatible with 3500/05 framework.
Function and Positioning
4-channel independent monitoring, receiving input from LVDT/RPT/electro-enthusiast sensors, accurately measuring the thermal expansion of the steam turbine shell, also measuring differential expansion, axial displacement, and valve position; providing alarm/danger relay outputs, real-time over-limit protection to prevent dynamic and static friction of the unit, supporting thermal state trend analysis and fault diagnosis.
