Functions and Positioning

Collects the operation buttons of the machine tool, mode switching switches, spindle feed ratio, emergency stop protection, handwheel pulse, etc., filters and organizes the signals, and performs logical conversion. Through the bus, it realizes two-way data communication with the numerical control system and servo driver, receives system instructions to drive the panel indicator devices to work, and realizes human-machine interaction functions such as manual debugging, mode switching, speed adjustment, etc., suitable for customized machine tool operation layout, mostly used for equipment modification, replacement, and electrical control system maintenance.
