All OUT LEDs OFF: Check backplane, module seating, or ACTIVE LED
ACTIVE OFF: Module not recognized; reseat or check backplane
F (Red) ON: Blown group fuse or loss of field power
OUT LED ON but load not energized: Check field wiring, load, or group fuse
Erratic Operation: Poor grounding, noise, or overvoltage
Coating Note: Do not apply additional conformal coating; factory coating is sufficient
