8. Troubleshooting
All IN LEDs OFF: Check 115 V AC supply and input group common wiring
ACTIVE OFF: Module not recognized; reseat or check backplane
OUT LEDs ON but no load power: Check output common, wiring, or blown group fuse
FUSE LED ON: Replace internal 5 A fuse for affected output group
Erratic Inputs: Poor grounding, noise, or loose terminals
Coating Note: Do not apply additional conformal coating; factory coating is sufficient
