F (Red) ON: Fuse blown, overvoltage, or short circuit (check field wiring/load)
ACTIVE OFF: Module not recognized; reseat or check backplane
Erratic Inputs: Poor grounding, noise, or loose terminals
Fuse Replacement: Use only manufacturer‑specified fuse rating
Coating Note: Do not apply additional conformal coating; factory coating is sufficient
