IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
This appliance must be properly grounded. Connect only to a 120V AC, 60Hz, 15A dedicated circuit.
Consult a physician before starting any exercise program, especially if you have heart disease, high blood pressure, joint issues, or are pregnant.
Keep hands dry when touching the console or power switch.
Wear proper athletic shoes. Do not use barefoot, in socks, or with sandals or loose shoes.
Never stand on the belt during startup. Always stand on the side rails until the belt reaches your desired speed.
Always use the magnetic safety key. Clip it firmly to your clothing before exercising. The belt stops immediately if pulled out.
Keep children and pets at least 3 meters away during operation.
Do not use outdoors, in humid areas, or near water.
Keep fingers clear of all moving parts, rollers, and belt edges.
Maximum user weight: 300 lbs (136 kg). Do not exceed this limit.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Unpack all components: main base frame, console uprights, console, safety key, power cord, hardware kit, manual, wireless chest strap.
Place the base frame on a flat, solid floor.
Attach console uprights to the base using the provided bolts and Allen wrench; tighten securely.
Connect the console wiring harness to the base connector; ensure a firm fit.
Mount the console onto the uprights and fasten with screws.
Insert the magnetic safety key fully into the console slot; clip the other end to your workout clothing.
Plug the power cord into a dedicated 120V AC outlet.
PLACEMENT AND LEVELING
Position on a flat, sturdy floor. Avoid thick carpet that blocks airflow or causes instability.
Adjust the leveling feet until the treadmill sits evenly with no wobble.
Maintain minimum 2 feet (0.6 m) clearance on all sides for safety and ventilation.
Do not place near heat sources, water, or direct sunlight.
Keep the rear area clear for emergency stop and folding.
CONSOLE OPERATION
POWER ON AND STARTUP
Insert safety key fully; console lights up in standby.
Press START; belt begins at 1.0 MPH (1.6 km/h).
Always stand on side rails during startup.
PROGRAM SELECTION
Press PROGRAM to cycle through 12 preset programs:
P1 Manual: Full user control of speed and incline.
P2 Interval: 30-minute high/low speed intervals.
P3 Weight Loss: 50-minute gradual calorie-burn profile.
P4 Hill: 35-minute automatic incline (2–15%).
P5 Cardio: 40-minute steady-state cardio.
P6 Endurance: 60-minute moderate stamina workout.
P7 Fat Burn: Low-moderate intensity fat-burn zone.
P8 Speed: Progressive speed intervals for pace improvement.
P9 Custom: Save personal speed and incline profiles.
P10 Heart Rate: Target-zone heart rate control.
P11 Challenge: High-intensity intervals for advanced users.
P12 User: Store up to 5 custom user programs.
Press LEVEL (1–10) to set difficulty.
Press TIME to adjust workout duration (5–99 minutes).
Press START to begin.
DURING WORKOUT
Speed: SPEED UP / DOWN (0.5–12 MPH).
Incline: INCLINE UP / DOWN (0–15%).
Pause: Press STOP once; belt stops, data holds.
Resume: Press START.
Reset: Hold STOP for 3 seconds; clear data, return to standby.
Heart Rate: Grip handgrips firmly or use wireless chest strap.
USB Charging: Connect phone or tablet to USB port.
Bluetooth: Sync with fitness apps.
Handrail Controls: Adjust speed and incline directly from handles.
FOLDING AND STORAGE
Turn off and unplug the treadmill.
Remove the safety key.
Lift the running deck using the built-in handle; hydraulic assist makes lifting easy.
Continue lifting until the deck locks into vertical position.
Confirm the safety lock is fully engaged before moving or storing.
To unfold: Release the lock and lower the deck slowly to the floor.
MAINTENANCE
CLEANING
Vacuum belt, side rails, and base weekly.
Wipe console, belt, and frame with a slightly damp cloth after each use.
Do not use solvents or harsh chemicals on the belt or deck.
Dry all surfaces thoroughly after cleaning.
BELT CENTERING
Run the treadmill at 3–4 MPH with no user on the belt.
If belt drifts left: Turn left rear roller bolt 1/4 turn clockwise.
If belt drifts right: Turn right rear roller bolt 1/4 turn clockwise.
Run 5 minutes to check alignment; repeat if needed.
BELT TENSION
If belt slips during walking or running: Tighten both rear roller bolts 1/4 turn clockwise evenly.
Test and repeat if necessary. Do not over-tighten.
DECK AND MOTOR CARE
Lubricate running deck every 3–6 months with silicone lubricant.
Clean motor vents monthly to prevent overheating.
Inspect wiring connections quarterly.
Check all frame bolts every 3 months; tighten if loose.
TROUBLESHOOTING
No power: Safety key missing; power cord unplugged; outlet dead.
Console on but belt won’t move: Safety key not seated; belt too tight or loose; drive belt broken.
Belt slips: Loose belt or worn deck. Tighten or replace.
Belt drifts: Adjust centering bolts (see Maintenance).
No incline: Incline motor fault or loose wiring.
Unusual noise: Loose bolts, debris under belt, or worn bearings.
Heart rate inaccurate: Grips dirty or hands dry. Clean grips or use wireless strap.
Error code: Unplug for 5 minutes, restart. If error returns, contact service.
