3. Installation Instructions

Disconnect system power supply before installation. Select a dry and ventilated installation position, keep away from direct sunlight, water splashing, corrosive gas and strong electromagnetic interference sources. Fix T3310 firmly to the mounting base to avoid looseness and vibration during operation. Reserve proper clearance around the module for ventilation and heat dissipation.

4. Wiring Instructions

Wire in strict accordance with terminal marking and functional definition. Use standard copper wires with appropriate wire gauge, and fasten terminal screws tightly to prevent poor contact. Separate power wiring and signal wiring layout to reduce electromagnetic crosstalk. Do not reverse power polarity to avoid permanent damage to internal circuits. Carefully check all wiring connections before powering on.

5. Operation Instructions

After installation and wiring are confirmed correct, power on the system. T3310 will automatically complete power-on self-test and enter normal working state after self-test passes. During normal operation, do not knock, move or disassemble the module at will. Keep the surrounding environment clean and dry to ensure stable operation and prolonged service life.

6. Maintenance and Troubleshooting

Regularly check installation firmness and terminal connection tightness. Clean surface dust only with dry soft cloth; do not use liquid or corrosive cleaning agents. If startup failure or abnormal operation occurs, firstly check power supply voltage and wiring status. If external faults are excluded and the abnormality still exists, stop using and replace the module. Unauthorized disassembly and internal repair are prohibited.

7. Safety Precautions

Installation, wiring and commissioning must be operated by qualified professional electrical personnel. All operations shall comply with local electrical safety specifications and industrial operation standards. Do not use beyond rated voltage, temperature and application scope. Take anti-static protection when contacting internal circuit area. This product is only suitable for industrial automation supporting equipment, and shall not be used in life safety related protection systems.
