3. Installation Instructions
Cut off the total system power before installation. Choose a dry, ventilated mounting area, keep away from strong electromagnetic interference, water splash, dust and corrosive gas. Fix the T3160 firmly at the designated position to avoid loose shaking during operation. Reserve sufficient surrounding space for ventilation and heat dissipation, do not enclose it in a confined narrow space.
4. Wiring Instructions
Wire strictly according to terminal labels and functional definitions. Use matched industrial copper wires and fasten each terminal reliably to avoid poor contact. Separate power lines and signal lines in wiring layout to reduce electromagnetic crosstalk. Strictly prohibit power polarity reversal to prevent permanent damage to internal circuits. Complete full wiring inspection and confirmation before power-on.
5. Operation Instructions
After installation and wiring are fully verified, power on the system. T3160 will automatically execute power-on self-test and enter normal working state after self-test passes. During running process, do not impact, move or disassemble the module arbitrarily. Keep the ambient environment clean and dry to ensure stable working state and extend service life.
6. Maintenance and Troubleshooting
Inspect installation firmness and terminal tightness regularly. Clean surface dust only with dry soft cloth, never use liquid or corrosive detergents. If startup failure or abnormal operation occurs, firstly check power supply voltage and wiring connection status. After excluding external environmental and wiring faults, replace the module directly if abnormality remains; unauthorized disassembly and self-maintenance are not allowed.
7. Safety Precautions
Installation, wiring and debugging must be performed by professional electrical technicians. All operations shall comply with local electrical safety regulations and industrial operation norms. Do not operate beyond the rated voltage, temperature and load application range. Take effective anti-static measures when contacting internal circuit parts.
