3. Installation Instructions

Disconnect the entire system power supply before installation. Select a well-ventilated, dry installation position, keep away from corrosive gas, water splashing and strong electromagnetic interference sources. Fix the unit in the reserved installation position firmly, ensure stable installation without looseness or shaking. Reserve proper gap around the product for natural heat dissipation.

4. Wiring Instructions

Perform wiring strictly in accordance with terminal identification and definition. Use standard industrial copper wires for connection, tighten terminal screws reliably to prevent virtual connection and poor contact. Separate power wiring and signal wiring routing to avoid cross interference. Do not reverse power polarity, otherwise it will cause permanent damage to internal circuits. Complete full wiring inspection before power-on operation.

5. Operation Instructions

After installation and wiring are confirmed correct, supply power to the system. The module will complete self-check automatically and enter normal working state. During operation, do not collide, move or disassemble the product at will. Keep the surrounding environment clean and dry to prevent dust and oil pollution from affecting service life and working stability.

6. Maintenance and Troubleshooting

Regularly check the installation firmness and terminal connection tightness. Clean surface dust with dry soft cloth only, do not use liquid corrosive cleaning agents. If startup failure or abnormal operation occurs, firstly check power supply voltage and wiring correctness. After excluding external faults, if the abnormality still exists, stop using the product and replace it; unauthorized disassembly and internal maintenance are prohibited.

7. Safety Precautions

Installation, wiring and commissioning must be completed by professional electrical technicians. All operations shall comply with local electrical safety specifications. It is forbidden to use the product beyond the rated voltage, temperature and application range. Prevent static electricity from damaging internal circuits during installation and maintenance. This product is only used for industrial automation supporting equipment, and shall not be applied to life safety related protection systems.
