MODICON AS-B838-032 32-Point Discrete Output Module

MODICON AS-B838-032 is a high-performance output module for Modicon 800 / 984 series PLC automation systems. This output module provides 32 channels of 24VDC discrete output, grouped into four banks of 8 channels, 0.5A per channel. The output module adopts opto-isolated circuit and surge suppression PCB layout. This output module supports stable continuous operation in packaging, metallurgy, water treatment and general discrete automation production lines.

It serves as a core switch actuator to convert PLC logic signals into 24VDC switching signals for field actuators. The switch actuator drives solenoid valves, contactor coils, indicator lights and DC loads. This switch actuator has group isolation protection to restrict fault spread between banks.
